I'm a little bit Country...

Thanks Uncle Jeff for working for the Church's farms :) We were able to go w/ the Walkers to tour the church Dairy farm down in Elberta, Utah. I knew Taylor would enjoy it, but who knew I WOULD. I was BLOWN away and literally FASCINATED by the facilities and how the day to day operations run. They have over 4, 000 cows and 4, 000 calves. The cows are milked 3x a day...do the math that is 12, 000 COWS.
Also we got to see the cows being milked, see where the milk goes into tubes and buckets and the whole heating/cooling/filtration process. We found out there are about 4 places in the world that have the best QUALITY milk and one of them is the BYU CREAMERY (Yup I went and bought my milk there this week) No wonder they are famous for Ice cream and ranch :)
Thanks again Walkers, this was a fun fun day. We hope to get to go back one day.

This is us at the MATERNITY WARD... BRAND NEW BABY CALF

Touring where the cows get milked

Before the tour...Tay was hot and a lil grumpy
After the Tour...the whole clan of us :)
After this we got to go tour a Parade of home in Santaquin and FINALLY got to see Kim's house, it's gorgeous. It was a lot of fun to get to play w/ Cousins and their kids.
