Fun in June w/ UNCLE ARMON

My lil' brother Armon came to visit us from Arizona. he was here for just under 2 weeks, so we packed a lot of fun into that time. Here are some more pics of our adventures.

These are pics of all of us doing "Running with Angels" all of our first time doing a 5 K. It was my mama's idea and a great one at that. Hollie and Delanie came down for the race and our best friend Cat also did it. Taylor won a book for being the youngest male registered racer. It was a beautiful day in the gardens at Thanksgiving point and I was SO PROUD of my mom for doing the whole race without stopping ONCE. Even w/ the treacherous hills. Where there's a will theres a way and you can REALLY do anything you WANT TO. I was happy to get to do this with her and excited to do many more in the future. :) We had a blast.

The next few pics are all of us at Strawberry Days Carnival. Snow Cone colored tongues and riding rides. :) Always a fun time.

That morning before the carnival we hit up the PG Park activities, Fun games for the kids and a pet show. :)

We also attended the Strawberry Days RODEO.... this was a first for Armon, Taylor and Layla :) Our wonderful friends met us there to join in on the fun. We had strawberries and cream, Nachos and Licorice Rope- can't beat that...oh wait Armon got a signed pic of a rodeo queen and then on the way to the car got this gem of a snapshot w/ a rodeo gal, I'm pretty sure he thought that was better than Licorice Rope :)

Gordons..... We love u.

This week we ALSO HIKED THE "Y" Something Tay and I have never done. It was Armons Idea so we said "why not" we invited along our good friends Ashley and her son Krew and their Dog Beef Stew. The boys also had fun riding in her hummer- Another FIRST :)

It was the perfect day for a hike. Taylor was FEARLESS when we hit the "Y" he was all about climbing up that thing

The group and the gorgeous valley below. Utah Valley really is AWESOME :)
